Good sandwiches at a good price. My favorite is the wreck on wheat with all the toppings which makes a very savory meal. The bread has a good bite to it and holds up well when fully loaded with toppings.

Delicious food, good prices, and friendly/efficient staff. The only thing that could make it better? More seating, and I don't know that there's anything they can do about that.

One of the last places in the MPLS skyway to get food after 3pm (open till 7pm weekdays). That said, the service & sandwiches are always on point regardless!

When I got here it was packed and usually that’s a good sign. I got a pizza sandwich and it was amazing. All of their flavours fit together perfectly. Their signature sandwich is “A Wreck” filled with salami, roast beef, turkey and ham. Don’t see how this is 4.1 stars. This is easily 5 stars.

Always favorite comfort food made even better by this chain. Particularly like the service and cleanliness in the downtown and Plymouth (MN 55) stores.

I went here later in the day and was expecting service to be a little slower just because it was towards the end of their hours, but the service was quick and great. Nothing like a warm sub on a rainy day. I've gone here for lunch a few time and would recommend. I like their wide variety of options.

Delicious sandwiches, great go-to spot for food. I was here for Model Assembly for YIG, hats off to the staff for dealing with so many people and still providing yummy food.

The turkey sandwich was good but ordering ahead through the app didn't speed anything up. It was a zoo and the line was out the door. I place my order at 11:45am and got notification that it was ready for pickup at 12pm. I arrived at 12pm and was told it's not ready so I stood and waited for 20 minutes until it was ready.

I enjoyed my Turkey club sandwich. I think the cost was typical of other sandwich places in the area.

Quite possibly the best deal downtown for a fresh sandwich, with apologies to Jimmy John's. Breakfast sandwiches are also a good deal.

Potbelly at IDS has really stepped up their game. I just recently tried the Chicken and Mozarella sandwich and its a winner especially on Flatbread. Also, the manager on shift was exceptionally helpful and efficient. I'll be back for lunch soon!!

It was introduced to me by my dear friend. I love the chicken salad sandwich. You have 6", 9", and 12" options available. Crowded between 12:00 and 1:30. Awesome taste and great service. In IDC center and Very close to City center it is at an apt location for downtown employees. Please, do visit at least once.

Very fast and friendly service, high quality. Salads (Uptown) and creamy mac are wonderful and I highly recommend the Chicken Club sandwich.

I don't have any complaints about this place but it's nothing fancy. Some of the employees are on auto mode though...

Like all Potbelly's, great sandwiches. If you want a lot of meat and some bread for a good price, Potbelly is the way to go. This location is extremely efficient, especially at lunch time. Very tasty

Service is always quick and friendly even when the line is out the door. Food also always comes out correct, never had a single error.

Staff is very friendly in a genuine way. Not the forced way in some places. You can tell they enjoy working there. Plus Potbelly whales as a whole.

I am new to Minneapolis and I love love love the Potbelly in the IDS building.I eat there often and the sandwiches ingredients are always fresh and the bread always soft. Now the salads I have tried almost all of them, the salad greens are crisp and toppings fresh and plentiful. The smoothies,you will find your flavor combo and love it.Do not leave without one,you will thank me later(I will take a smoothie please).New item Avo Toast, it is a nice light summer sandwich to sit and relax and have a glass of wine. I got to go Avo Toast is calling my name!!!!!!!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. For the price, sandwiches are better than most downtown. Lines can look long during the lunch rush but they move fast.

I love coming here for the daily soups!! They're usually healthy and vegetarian. Plus the soft dessert cookies here are to die for! Excellent service as well.

Pretty decent subs and their macaroni salad is really good. Not too expensive and the sandwiches are warm.

Amazing sandwiches, worth the wait and pushing through the downtown lunch crowd. Great selection of beverages, including Nantucket Nectars. If you have a sweet tooth, they have delicious shakes and cookies that are to die for. Good customer service too. Everyone seems pretty cool 😎
